CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE

From website configuration to a controlled operating system.

The website, commercial review and provisioning process are connected but deliberately separated by approval.

01

Lead / configurator

Select industry, outcomes, sites, users, integrations, urgency and a preferred package. The public request is captured as requirements, not an automatic deployment or instant fixed quote.

02

Discovery

Walk through the current workflow, samples and systems. Confirm the problem baseline, constraints, integration/migration inventory, data sensitivity and solution fit.

03

Scope & solution design

Define the recommended package, entitlements, configuration, integrations, migration, support assumptions, exclusions and any true product gaps.

04

Proposal

Produce the approved solution specification, quotation and contract pack once scope and delivery capacity are understood.

05

Implementation

Prepare data, configure the workspace, integrate systems, train users, run tests and UAT, rehearse migration/cutover and prepare rollback/support.

06

Go-live / hypercare

Cut over in a controlled way, monitor critical journeys, reconcile data, manage incidents and communicate status through named support channels.

07

Adoption / value

Review usage, training needs, issues, service levels, support cost and realised operational outcomes.

08

Renewal / expansion

Renew, resize, add modules or offboard with explicit commercial, service, security and data-export/deletion review.
